Forex-Affiliate.com provides all its affiliates and referrers with a live personal support, and so do our Forex partners (the Trading Platforms). We are available to answer any questions you have pertaining to your account, payments, marketing support or any other relevant question. We provide all affiliates and referrers a password-protected access to our Forex-Affiliate.com Stats System. Our affiliates can monitor statistical records, evaluate their progress and optimize their performance using our program's features. This page is accessible to AFFILIATE members (registered affiliates) only.

What commission will I earn?
There are several methods for remunerating our Forex AFFILIATES. See our home page for the various methods. In general, an AFFILIATE can enjoy 2 approaches simultaneously: CPA (flat fee per referral) and REVENUE-SHARING (percentage of the revenue generated from the referral's activity). The AFFILIATE's commission is calculated and updated monthly, where the report to such is accessible at all times. The commission rates offered per CPA or REV-SHARE may be tailor made to the specific affiliate, depending on his success and quality of referrals.

Step 2: Select STATISTICS menu.
Step 3: Select your desired report.
There are several reports which show you: the performance of your GATEWAYS; the activity of your referred clients; the payments made to you and the open balances; etc.

What methods of payment do you use?
Forex-Affiliate.com will send the payment amounts, per all commissions earned in a specific month, in a form of WIRE TRANSFER or PAYPAL, according to your choice.

How frequently do I get paid?
Forex-Affiliate.com processes all affiliate payments by the 10th business day of every month, for the preceding month's earnings. However, a delay of some days may occur. Furthermore, in several tailor-made programs (including, for example, extra incentives per referral's quality over time) part of the commission may be paid on a later basis, according to the agreement made with the affiliate.

How are customers tracked to me?
Every banner, or pop-up, or e-mail promotion, which is a part of your AFFILIATE activity, will be assigned a unique AFFILIATE-ID tracking code ("GATEWAY"). That will accurately identify your customers as arrivals from your site. If a customer registers, your Affiliate-ID is permanently associated to that account, so you will always be credited per such customer's trading (by flat fee and/or percentage of the revenue) at our associate Forex Trading Platform.

Where do I see my click statistics (web traffic) for the Forex Affiliate program?
You can see how many clicks your banners and creatives have attracted at the STATISTICS relevant report, available after logging into the Forex Affiliate system. There are several reports which you can view and follow your performance

Why do I get the message "Invalid username or password" when I try to login?
If you are sure that you are entering your username and password correctly, please contact us and we will reset your login attempts. After we have reset your attempts, please make sure that your "CAPS LOCK" is off when you try to login (since the system is case sensitive), and that your entry does not have "space" in it (which may cause the erroneous message).
